Cleaning teams that spend the day cleaning, not driving.
Residential cleaning has long visits, tight client windows and teams that ride together. StopHarbor plans around all three and tells you when each team will really finish.
Visit length changes everything
A two-hour standard clean and a five-hour move-out cannot be routed as if they were the same stop. Enter minutes on site per home and StopHarbor's arrival times move accordingly. You see each team's finish time before you send the schedule, not at 6 p.m. when a client is still waiting.
Client windows and key access
Clients who must let the team in get an arrive-after and arrive-before time. Lockbox codes, alarm instructions and "do not use bleach in the main bath" go in the stop notes, appear on the team's phone and print on the route sheet.
Teams, not individuals
Route each team as one worker named for the team lead. With Team you can plan up to ten teams in one view and give each a private link. Office managers use the three signed-in seats to plan and adjust.
A weekly rhythm
- Keep a saved plan per weekday for recurring clients.
- Duplicate it each week; statuses reset and notes carry over.
- Add one-time deep cleans to the copy and optimize again.
- Export the routed day to CSV for payroll or client confirmations.
Pricing a route before you quote it
New clients ask for a regular slot. Before you promise Tuesday at 10, drop their address into Tuesday's saved plan, add the visit length and window, and optimize. You will see whether the team can absorb the home without pushing anyone late, and how many extra miles it adds, before you commit.
Questions
Can I see when each team will finish?
Yes. Set the day's start time and minutes on site, and every route shows arrival times, waits for client windows and an estimated finish.
Can clients see the team's location?
No. StopHarbor is a planning and hand-off tool. It does not track phones or share live location with clients.
Is customer information private?
Plans live in your workspace behind sign-in and database access rules. Crew links show only one team's stops, expire after seven days, and can be revoked.
