Build the route once. Reuse it every week.
Service businesses run the same customers on the same days. Rebuilding Tuesday's route every Tuesday is wasted time. StopHarbor keeps routes as plans you can copy.
Saved plans are your route templates
Every plan saves automatically to your workspace a moment after each change: stops, notes, workers, windows, settings and the calculated route. Nothing has to be exported to be kept, and teammates on Team see the same plans. Name plans by day or territory, such as "Tuesday North", and find them with search on the plans page.
Duplicate for the next visit
Duplicate copies stops, workers and settings to a new plan dated for the next day. Visit status resets to pending, and the old calculated route is cleared so nothing stale is handed out. If the list did not change, one optimize gives you a fresh route.
A default start for every plan
Save your office or yard as a location and mark it as the default. Every new plan starts there. Workers' homes and second yards can be saved too and picked with one tap.
Re-optimizing is cheap
Addresses located before are remembered for 90 days, so recalculating a familiar route does not repeat address lookups. Reopening a saved route uses no allowance at all.
Keeping weekly routes current
Most service companies run five or six recurring plans, one per weekday, and adjust them through the season. Customers come and go. When an account cancels, delete the stop from that day's plan. When a new account signs, add it to the day that has room and optimize; it lands in the best place in the route rather than at the end. Review each recurring plan's finish times every month or so, because small additions add up until a route quietly runs long.
Questions
Does duplicating a plan use my allowance?
No. Only route calculations count toward your stop computations.
Can I change the stops on the copy?
Yes. The copy is a normal plan. Add, remove or edit stops, then optimize.
Is there a calendar view?
Not yet. Plans are dated, searchable and duplicated per day.
