After calculating, choose Print route sheets. Print every worker's sheet in one go for the morning handout, or one worker's sheet when a route changes. Save as PDF to email it.
Paper plus phone
Many crews use both: the sheet on the clipboard and the Team crew link on the phone for one-tap navigation and marking stops visited. If the phone dies, the paper still has the order and the notes. At the end of the day, field notes from the link go back to the office in an emailed report.
Closing the loop at the end of the day
Ask crews to tick each stop, write the actual arrival time and note anything unusual, then hand the sheet back. Compare a week of written arrival times with the estimates; if crews are consistently later, raise minutes on site for that job type rather than padding every window. Stops marked skipped go straight into tomorrow's plan, and sheets with gate codes are shredded rather than left in the truck.
