Make a printable route sheet your driver can check off.

Type or paste the day's stops and get a one-page sheet with numbered stops, arrival windows, notes, a check box and space to write the time. Print it or save it as a PDF.

The interactive tool runs in your browser with no account and no map requests.

Why paper still works

Phones die, signal drops in basements and rural roads, and some crews simply prefer a clipboard. A printed sheet also leaves a record: what was done, when, and what the crew noticed on site. Many small companies keep the signed sheet with the invoice or the inspection file.

What goes on a good route sheet

  • The driver's name, the date and where the day starts.
  • Stops numbered in the order they should be driven.
  • The promised arrival window, if there is one, next to the stop rather than in a separate message.
  • Access notes such as gate codes, pets, parking and who to ask for.
  • A box to tick and a blank to write the arrival time, plus room for a short note.

Stops print in the order you enter them

This maker does not reorder anything. If you already know the best order, enter the stops that way. If you do not, StopHarbor can calculate the road order for each worker from the same list, honoring windows and time on site, and then print one sheet per worker with a map.

Privacy

The sheet is built in your browser and is not saved. Print or save it as a PDF before you close the tab. Do not leave sheets with customer gate codes on a dashboard; collect them at the end of the day.

Questions

Can I save the sheet as a PDF?

Yes. Choose Print, then pick Save as PDF (or Microsoft Print to PDF) as the printer.

How many stops fit on a page?

Around fifteen stops with short notes fit on a letter page. Longer lists continue on the next page with the header repeated.

Can it put my stops in the best order?

No. This tool prints what you type. StopHarbor calculates the order for each worker and prints sheets with a route map.
