Every worker gets their route on their phone. No app, no login.
The hardest part of route planning is often the last step: getting each person the right list. StopHarbor gives every worker a private link to only their own stops.
What the worker sees
- Their stops in order, with names, addresses and notes.
- Estimated arrival times and any appointment windows.
- Their own start and finish, and a button to navigate the whole route.
- Done and skipped buttons with a note for the office.
Built for weak signal
Updates a worker makes without signal are saved on the phone and sent when it reconnects. The office sees progress on the Team page and notes on the plan.
Private by default
Links are long random tokens, stored only as a fingerprint on our side. Each link shows one worker's stops, never the whole plan, and expires after seven days. Creating a new link for the same worker replaces the old one, and any link can be revoked from the Team page. Links stop working if the workspace's Team plan lapses.
Send it however you like
Copy the link, use the phone's share sheet, or open a text message with the link and the worker's number already filled in. The number is remembered for next time.
What the office sees
While a calculated route is open, the planner shows which stops each worker has marked done or skipped, how many of their stops are reported, and any note they left on a stop. The Team page lists every active link with progress counts and a revoke button. When the day is over, the plan keeps the record, and the routed day can be exported to CSV.
