Local deliveries, split across drivers and out the door.

Small delivery operations do not need an enterprise logistics platform. They need today's orders split sensibly across drivers, in order, with each driver's list on their phone before they leave.

Paste the orders, get the routes

Paste addresses from your order system or upload a CSV. StopHarbor splits them across drivers by distance, orders each route, and draws it on the map. Drivers who leave from different places, such as two store locations, can each have their own start.

Delivery windows

Customers who chose a slot get an arrive-after and arrive-before time. Same-day orders without a slot fill around them. Anything that cannot be delivered in its window is listed rather than silently scheduled late.

Driver hand-off

  • A private link per driver with stops in order and delivery notes.
  • One-tap Google Maps navigation for the whole route, split into legs when it has more than ten stops.
  • Done and skipped marks with a note, such as "left with neighbor", that work offline.
  • Printable route sheets for drivers who prefer paper.

Where StopHarbor fits and where it does not

StopHarbor fits businesses that plan a day of local deliveries in one sitting. It does not do live driver tracking, proof-of-delivery photos, capacity by weight, or customer delivery notifications. If you need those, a dedicated last-mile platform is the better choice.

A dispatcher's morning in ten minutes

Export today's orders, paste or upload them, and confirm the column mapping. Set each driver's start, add delivery windows where customers chose a slot, and optimize. Check the map for an outlier, which is usually a mistyped address, fix it, and optimize again. Send each driver their link from the route card, and they are on the road with their stops already in order.

Questions

How many deliveries per day?

Up to 80 stops per calculation on Team, split across up to ten drivers, or 40 for a single driver on Solo. Optimize several plans if your volume is higher.

Does it notify customers?

No. StopHarbor plans routes and hands them to drivers; it does not message recipients.

Can drivers navigate in Google Maps?

Yes. Each route opens in Google Maps in order. StopHarbor splits long routes into consecutive links with at most three intermediate stops, so the links also fit Google Maps mobile browsers. Open each leg in order.
