When a one-driver route app is not enough for your team.
Circuit's route planner is popular with individual drivers, and Circuit offers team plans as well. StopHarbor is built around the office that plans for several workers, then hands each one their route.
The office view
StopHarbor starts from the dispatcher's desk: one stop list, every worker, one map. You decide how work is divided, evenly, by percentage or by ZIP territory, and see every route's miles, drive time and finish time together before anything is sent.
For the worker
Each worker gets a link, not an app download. It lists their stops with notes, arrival times and windows, opens navigation in Google Maps, and records done or skipped with a note. It works offline and syncs later.
When a driver app may suit you better
- You are a single driver who wants in-app turn-by-turn navigation.
- You need proof-of-delivery photos or signatures.
- Recipients should get delivery notifications.
Pricing
Solo is $19 a month for one worker and up to 40 stops per calculation. Team is $59 a month for up to ten route workers, three signed-in seats and 80 stops total per calculation. Every workspace starts with a 14-day trial with 300 stop computations in total; each optimization counts the stops it processes. Compare current published prices for your team size before deciding.
Moving a team over
Export your stops, import them into StopHarbor and map the columns. Add your workers and their start addresses, save your depot as the default location, and optimize. Send each worker their link the first morning and keep your previous tool for a week while you compare finish times and miles on the same days.
Questions
Can I use StopHarbor as a single driver?
Yes. Solo is built for one worker. Many solo users plan in StopHarbor and navigate in Google Maps.
Does StopHarbor have a mobile app?
The planner works in any phone browser, and crew links are designed for phones. There is no separate app to install.
Can I import my existing stop list?
Yes. Upload a CSV or paste rows from a spreadsheet, and map your own column names.
