A practical daily workflow for field route planning
Clean the stop list
Collect one complete address per stop, fixed appointments, visit notes, and a shared starting point. Remove duplicates and check uncertain ZIP codes.
Assign the work
Use even stop counts as a baseline, then adjust for time on site, distance, deadlines and worker skills. Pin only truly constrained stops to a specific worker.
Calculate and inspect road order
Review the map and ordered list for detours or incorrect geocodes. Traffic estimates are approximate and StopHarbor does not promise the globally best route.
Hand off each itinerary
Use a phone's native share options or a time-limited private Team crew link. On supported iPhones native sharing can include AirDrop; Android shows its own installed options.
Review the next day
Save incomplete stops and compare estimated travel with real outcomes before claiming savings.
