More details per day, less time in the van between them.
Mobile detailers sell appointments by package length. StopHarbor orders the day around booked times and package durations so each van spends its hours washing, not driving across town.
Package length changes everything
An express wash takes forty-five minutes; a paint correction and ceramic coating can take most of a day. Clients book a start time, fleets want their vehicles done while parked at the office, and apartment complexes may only allow you in during certain hours. A detailer who books by whatever slot was open ends up driving twenty minutes between every job.
How detailers use StopHarbor
- Import bookings with each client's address, package as the stop name and booked time as Arrive after and Arrive before.
- Set minutes on site to the package length so the next arrival estimate is real.
- Put fleet days at one office as a single long stop rather than many separate ones.
- Give a second van its own home start address and a cap with Most stops today.
Water, power and access notes
Notes like "use outdoor spigot on left", "no water on site, bring tank" or "gate code 2214, park in visitor spot" print on the sheet and appear on the van's private link. The detailer can mark each job visited and type a note for the office, such as "client wants interior next month".
What it is not
StopHarbor does not take online bookings, deposits or payments. Use your booking app for that and paste or import the day's appointments. Arrival estimates use typical traffic.
Questions
Can it fit my booked start times?
Yes. Each appointment's window is respected, and the route is ordered to reach it in time. If a booking cannot fit, it is listed with the reason.
I work alone. Is Solo enough?
Solo covers one worker and up to 40 stops per calculation, which is more than a detailer's day. Team adds vans and private crew links.
What does each plan cost?
Solo is $19 a month for one worker and up to 40 stops per calculation. Team is $59 a month for up to ten route workers, three signed-in seats and 80 stops in total per calculation. The 14-day trial includes 300 stop computations.
