More store visits per day, fewer miles between them.
Reps and merchandisers win on the number of quality visits per day. StopHarbor turns an account list into an ordered call plan per rep, respecting store hours and territories.
Territories that stay put
Assign ZIP codes to reps so each keeps their accounts and relationships. Leave unassigned ZIPs on Auto for whoever is closest that day. Pin key accounts to the rep who owns them.
Store hours and buyer appointments
Many stores do not accept vendors before 9 or after 3. Add those as arrive-after and arrive-before windows, and booked buyer meetings as tight windows. Minutes on site distinguish a five-minute shelf check from a full reset.
From CRM export to route in minutes
- Export accounts from your CRM to CSV, with name, address, ZIP and notes.
- Map the columns once and import up to 80 stops for a team plan.
- Optimize, review the map, and send each rep their link.
- Export the routed day back to CSV with arrival times for your records.
Solo reps
An independent rep can use Solo for $19 a month: one worker, up to 40 stops per calculation, saved plans, windows, printing and navigation hand-off to Google Maps.
Reporting back
Reps mark each call done or skipped from their link and can leave a short note, such as "buyer out until Thursday" or "display reset complete". Managers see progress per rep while the route is on screen, and the routed day exports to CSV with arrival times, which makes a simple activity record for the week without a separate reporting tool. If your CRM is the system of record, import the export there.
Questions
Can I route a rep who starts from home?
Yes. Set the rep's own start and finish addresses. The plan's default start can stay at the office for everyone else.
Will it plan multiple days?
Each plan is one day. Save a plan per day of the week, or duplicate a plan and edit the stops for the next day.
Can I keep a rep to a set number of visits?
Yes. Give the rep a stop limit and StopHarbor will not assign them more than that.
