Calling customers ahead

Each stop's estimated arrival shows on the plan and the technician's link. Office staff can use it to give a tighter estimate when a customer calls asking when the tech will arrive, without promising more precision than typical-traffic estimates allow.

Where it stops

StopHarbor does not order parts, file warranty claims or produce invoices. Keep your field service or warranty software for those. Use StopHarbor when that software's scheduling board still leaves you building routes by hand.

Questions

Can a specific technician keep a job?

Yes. Put their name in the Worker column on import, or assign the stop to them in the planner. Pinned stops stay with that technician.

Can I promise four-hour windows?

Yes. Give each call its window. StopHarbor plans to arrive inside it, and lists any call that cannot fit with the reason.

What do plans include?

Solo is $19 a month for one worker and up to 40 stops per calculation. Team is $59 a month for up to ten route workers, three signed-in seats and 80 stops in total per calculation. The 14-day trial includes 300 stop computations.
